Rebuild your 85cc engine with the Vertex Top End Kit for KTM, Husqvarna, and GasGas motorcycles (2018–2023). Featuring a 46.94mm cast aluminum piston with high-tech Molybdenum Disulfide coating, this kit ensures faster break-in, longer piston life, and reliable performance. Gravity-cast pistons with 18% silicone content are lightweight yet extremely strong and heat-treated with a T-5 hardening cycle for enhanced durability. The kit includes all OEM replacement rings, gaskets, pins, circlips, and wrist pin bearing or cam chain (where applicable) for a complete top-end rebuild.
